Florida Southern College
From its early beginnings in 1883, Florida Southern has been central to shaping the lives of its students. The beautiful 100 acre campus is best known as the world's largest single collection of Frank Lloyd Wright architecture. Today, over 2,000 students from all over the United Stated attend Florida Southern College. Florida Southern, a United Methodist affiliated college, delivers a value-based, liberal arts education in a familial setting that promotes close, life-shaping relationships.
Polk Community College
Polk Community College, a public institution, provides 2-year degree, career and workforce programs for over 10,000 students. Established in 1964, the college is an integral part of Polk County's education system serving over 60% of college bound students in the county.
Southeastern University
Southeastern University is a four-year Christian liberal arts university which serves over 2,900 students. This Lakeland Florida university offers 42 undergraduate majors and two graduate programs. Southeastern continues to grow in size and reputation offering excellent educational alternatives.
University of South Florida Lakeland
